Since his first paying job at 13 teaching Sunday school, Jake has immersed himself in well over a dozen businesses and organizations, across sizes, geographies, and industries. He has a passion for service, and a respect for the amount of effort it takes to do great work, which stems from growing up surrounded by the family business, which his father ran from their Central Texas home.
Jake studied at Duke University, where he started as a food delivery driver, and ultimately rose to Chief Operating Officer of student services business which provided furniture rental, housekeeping services, and city-wide food delivery. After graduating with honors, Jake briefly worked in management consulting, before moving to startups operating at the cutting edges of financial innovation and data management, where he led product development and drove early sales cycles.
Jake holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University.

Ethan Susser

Ethan spent most weekends during his childhood at his father's small business. The experiences "helping out" in the warehouse profoundly shaped Ethan, furnishing him with an inside look at the work ethic required to achieve the American Dream and a deep desire to be a job creator.
Ethan went on to Duke University to study Public Policy and Entrepreneurship, during which he incubated several small businesses and ventures. One of those ventures was QuikReturn, a software company helping retailers better manage eCommerce returns. Following graduation, Ethan raised capital from leading Venture Capital firms to fuel the company's growth, culminating in the sale of the business to Veho, a billion-dollar supply chain technology company. After overseeing the integration of QuikReturn into Veho, Ethan spent several years leading various sales and strategy teams at Veho.
Ethan holds a BA in Public Policy and Entrepreneurship from Duke University and is a MBA Candidate at the Columbia Business School.
